I’ll get you started with a professional Squarespace website, built to showcase your brand and attract customers. You'll receive personalized training so you can easily manage and update your site.

Xero Setup & Training

Keep your finances in check from day one. I’ll set up Xero for seamless bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking, and provide training to ensure you know how to use it effectively.

Your package includes six months of Squarespace and Xero subscriptions (worth over $500), so you're covered with the best tools right from the start.

  • That’s great! If you already have a website or bookkeeping system, I can help optimize what you have, migrate content, or integrate Xero with your current setup. Together, we’ll tailor the package to meet your existing needs.

  • No technical experience is required! I’ll guide you through everything you need to know. Both Squarespace and Xero are user-friendly, and with my personalised training, you’ll be equipped to manage them confidently.

  • At the end of our time working together you'll have options:

    • For Squarespace, ownership of the subscription can be transferred to you, and you can manage payments directly.

    • For Xero, we’ll assess your bookkeeping needs, and you can either continue with the current subscription or upgrade/downgrade depending on the level of service your business requires.

    For both platforms, you can choose to continue paying through me for ongoing support and convenience.

  • No worries! During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your business goals, and I’ll help you identify what features and tools will benefit you most. The package is designed to adapt to your unique business needs.

  • Yes, Squarespace is very flexible, and you can add more pages or features as your business grows. I can either train you to make these updates yourself or offer ongoing support to handle those changes for you.

  • Yes! If you already own a domain, I can connect it to your new Squarespace website. If you don’t have a domain yet, I can help you purchase and set one up.

  • Absolutely! Once your website is set up, it’s yours to control. You’ll receive personalised training to manage and update it whenever needed, giving you full autonomy.

  • Yes, I offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly to make the package more manageable. We’ll work out a payment plan that suits your budget.

  • Yes, this package is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of small businesses, from sole traders to startups. Whether you're in retail, service-based, or a creative industry, I’ll tailor the setup and training to suit your specific business model.

  • If you find yourself needing extra support down the line, I offer additional services, including website updates, bookkeeping assistance, and Xero management. We can create a custom support plan based on your needs.

  • Yes, I’ll need content (text & images) from you, but don’t worry - I’ll guide you through what’s needed and offer advice on how to best showcase your products or services. If you need help with copywriting or finding images, I can provide additional support or recommend resources.

  • No problem! If your business needs an online store, I can set up e-commerce features on your Squarespace site, including product listings, shopping carts, and payment gateways. This can be discussed during the consultation and incorporated into your package.
